In this Roborock Q7 M5+ review, we look at how much work a robot vacuum can actually take off your plate. Keeping floors clean is one of those jobs that never really ends, especially in homes with pets, kids, carpet, and hard flooring.
The Q7 M5+ is designed to handle more of that routine automatically. Keeping floors clean isn’t difficult because vacuuming is complicated, it’s difficult because the mess keeps coming back. Crumbs after breakfast, dirt tracked through the house, dust collecting along the floor, and pet hair that somehow reappears almost immediately after you clean.
The Roborock Q7 M5+ is designed to take much of that repetitive work off your hands. It combines 10,000Pa suction, mopping, LiDAR navigation, anti-tangle brushes, and an auto-empty dock into a system that can clean on a schedule with far less day-to-day involvement from you. For busy households and pet owners especially, the real appeal isn’t simply having a smarter vacuum, it’s having clean floors without thinking.

Key Features
10,000Pa Suction
Pull up the everyday mess
Powerful suction helps collect dust, crumbs, debris, and pet hair across hard floors and carpets.
Vacuum + Mop
Handle more in one run
Vacuuming and adjustable water-flow mopping let the Q7 M5+ tackle everyday floor cleaning in a single system.
Smart LiDAR Navigation
Cleans with a plan
360° LiDAR maps your home so the robot can navigate rooms efficiently instead of simply wandering around.
Auto-Empty Dock
Forget about the dustbin
The RockDock Plus automatically empties the robot after cleaning and can hold debris for up to seven weeks under Roborock’s testing conditions.
What If the Floors Just Stayed Clean?
You vacuum the living room on Sunday. By Tuesday there are crumbs under the kitchen table. By Wednesday there’s pet hair along the hallway. And before long, you’re pulling the vacuum back out to clean floors you feel like you just finished cleaning.
That’s where a robot vacuum like the Q7 M5+ changes the experience. Instead of waiting until the floors look dirty enough to justify another cleaning session, you can schedule it to clean regularly in the background. Its LiDAR system maps the home, the anti-tangle brushes are designed to deal with hair with less maintenance, and when cleaning is finished, the dock empties the robot automatically.
The real benefit isn’t 10,000Pa of suction or a smarter navigation system. It’s walking across the kitchen and noticing there aren’t crumbs under your feet. It’s seeing less pet hair accumulating between cleanings. And it’s realizing the floors have been taken care of without you having to spend part of your day doing it.
Who Is the Roborock Q7 M5+ Best For?
Busy Households
Great for people who want floors cleaned regularly without adding another recurring chore to an already busy week.
Pet Owners
Anti-tangle brushes and strong suction make it particularly appealing for homes where pet hair seems to find its way everywhere.
Hard Floor + Carpet Homes
Designed to clean across different floor surfaces, with automatic suction boosting available when it encounters carpet.
Anyone Who Hates Vacuuming
The obvious one: if you’d happily give up routine floor cleaning, the scheduling, mapping, and auto-emptying features are where this machine earns its place.
